This is kinda long. It explains all the ranks in the pack, then lists what rank what wolf is/was. Hope it clarifies some things.



*Alpha: Leads the pack - the head of all the wolves, the first into battle and the last to retreat.

*Beta: Second in command - the Alphas’ trusted advisor(s).

*Guardian: Peacekeepers within the pack - typically stay back to protect the pups and DenMothers.

*Battalion: The fiercest and strongest wolves - they follow the Alpha(s) into battle to eliminate threats.

*Scout: Swiftest wolves in the pack - they warn the pack of incoming dangers and then assist with the fight.

*Healer: Smartest and most gifted wolves - they heal the sick or injured, assist with birthing and can summon portals.

*Spirit Guide: These wolves are spiritually gifted and can contact the deceased when there is a dire need for information. They stop aging at the Adolescent age and can not speak.

-DenMother: Adult wolves with pups are in this rank until their pups are weaned.

-Pups: Any wolf under one year of age is in this category until they are trained in one of the above ranks.

^IT (in training) added to any of the * ranks means that the wolf is still an adolescent and will be trained in that rank, example: Guardian IT, Scout IT. DenMothers and Pups are not true ranks, and so can not be IT.

^Head ranks are the head of that specific rank and has authority over that rank and every wolf of that rank. . DenMothers and Pups are not true ranks, and so do not have a head wolf.

^When a wolf is considered an Elder, they lose their rank and are known only as Elder, with the exception of Healers, who keep their rank until death.
